Kit for application in the field of electric and hybrid vehicles and machines for live working

Application : 

  • Suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles and machines operations.
  • Suitable for work in the vicinity or under voltage (maximum operating voltage 1000 V AC – 1500 V).

Composition:

  • 1 insulating flexible mat used to insulate bare or insufficiently insulated conductive parts during interventions. IEC 61112 Class 0; dimensions: 1 x 1 m MP-220.
  • 3 clamps for fastening elastomer or plastic insulating or protective mats. Suitable for working under tension or in the vicinity of structures under tension. Length: 80 mm MP-627-D.
  • Insulating caps  are used to insulate the stripped end of an insulated conductor. They must be pushed onto the insulation of the stripped cable with an overlap :
    • 4 x Insulating caps dimensions: 15 x 100 mm. MP-635/15-D
    • 4 x Insulating caps dimensions: 30 x 120 mm MP-635/30-D
    • 2 x Insulating caps dimensions: 60 x 140 mm MP-635/60-D.
