CATU After Sales

Our team of After Sales Service technicians is at your service for all services in the factory or on your site.

WARRANTY REPAIR

Free parts and labor repair (depending on CATU warranty conditions) within the warranty period specified for the product.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIR

Repair according to estimate after diagnosis of the equipment.

LOGISTICS

Collection and delivery of your equipment;
Loan of equipment if the downtime due to the repair exceeds 10 days including transport *.
(* Within the limit of our after-sales service stock)

WE OFFER AN ITINERANT SERVICE

During a scheduled intervention on your site, we perform:
Checking and upgrading your LV, MV, HV earth and short-circuit connections.
On-site examination of safety equipment: Stools, mats, gloves, body poles (according to the decree of October 10, 2000).
The collection of insulating poles and VAT detectors for verifications in our laboratory.
