SCAN-ELEC: Detects live AC wires and metallic parts

Application: 

  • Detects live AC wires until 51 mm depth.
  • Detects:
    • ferrous metallic parts until 75 mm depth.
    • non-ferrous metallic parts (ex: copper) until 38 mm depth.
  • Detects presence of heating floors pipes (stainless steel and copper pipes only).
  • Safety: SCAN-ELEC ensures the absence of dangerous parts such as live wires, fluid lines, metal.
  • Time saving: thanks to SpotLite pointer and its LCD display screen, SCAN-ELEC quickly identifies hidden parts.
  • Efficiency: easy to use, a push on the side button allows both calibration and detection.

 

Features: 

  • Easy start: a unique push button is used to do both calibration and detection.
  • SpotLite function: a red arrow is displayed along the wall to indicate the position of the targeted object.
  • LCD ColorTrip dsiplay: it lights in blue when detecting metal and in red when detecting live AC wires.
  • Power supply: 1 x 9V battery, type 6LR61 (non included).
